Kiama Body Control is a boutique functional movement studio offering small group classes of Pilates-based exercise, online classes and personal training. Kiama Body Control operates from two locations, Kiama’s beautiful CWA hall and a stunning studio overlooking Easts Beach.
Kiama Body Control sessions are enjoyable and educational. Modern Pilates exercises are integrated in a full body workout that tones muscles, improves core and back strength, balance, flexibility and posture.
Classes are delivered by Victoria Milton. Her fitness professional background includes includes Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Shiatsu and therapeutic massage. Victoria was the principal at Surry Hill’s “Pilates at Jow Ga” studio for 15 years prior to her move to Kiama. Victoria was also co-owner of The Australian Jow Ga Kung Fu Academy for 30 years.
Victoria’s sessions help participants learn to move through life with ideal alignment and decrease the chance of common injuries.
Classes take place throughout the year with group sessions and online classes run regularly during the week and small studio sessions on Saturday mornings. Studio sessions and personal training are by appointment.
